Reservations

A trip is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us. Customers are responsible for providing accurate dates, flight details, pickup locations, destinations, passenger counts, luggage information, and child-seat requirements.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted per vehicle unless stated otherwise. Applicable service charges, gratuity, optional stops, waiting time, or payment-processing charges are disclosed during quoting or booking.

Changes and cancellations

Availability and price may change when reservation details change. Review our cancellation policy for deadlines, waiting-time rules, and refund conditions.

Delays and safety

We monitor supplied flight information, but customers should notify us of cancellations, replacement flights, or major itinerary changes. Drivers may decline unsafe passenger behavior, passenger totals above vehicle capacity, or luggage that cannot be transported safely.
